Hello 4-Hers and parents: It has just come to my attention today that we are not allowed to sell food at the Ranch Rodeo as they are having a cook off this year. With that being said the Ranch Rodeo committee has decided to sell the inventory we have at the team roping Friday night. This will take a bit of Team work as several people are involved in goat/sheep show but if we all pitch in we can make it work. Robin Billings is the head of this committee and the Kirby Rust family is help her so if they ask you to do something please help her out. Robin and I will get everything set up over by the grandstands prior to 4:00 (when our children our involved in the goat show). I need 4 people to volunteer to bring coolers so we can get them filled with ice and drinks. I will let you all know where to leave them when it gets closer. We need volunteers to serve and cook the burgers. Below is a list of shifts that need filled. (Please remember if you did NOT work in ball concessions you need to fill a shift in order for your child to be eligible for scholarship money next year) BUT we need everyone to volunteer to help! SET-UP: Billings/Pettijohn 5:30-6:30- 1-2 volunteers to cook burgers and get them wrapped. 6:30-7:30- 2 families to work 7:30-8:30-2 families to work 8:30-9:30- 2 families to work 9:30-cleanup- 2 families to work (Pettijohn and Billings will also help with clean up) Saturday Night we will just sell drinks. Robin will man this stand but if anyone wants to volunteer that would be great. Goat show should be over by 6 and sheep show should be over by 7:30.
