Hello 78 rpm & Cylinder Fans! Ive noticed the tastes in music of us collectors seem to vary greatly from each individual. But my tastes are pretty wide! So Im curious to know if theres anyone out here with their taste in music as widespread as mine. & please keep in mind Im not trying to poke fun at anyones taste nor will I get offended if anyone greatly pokes fun at any of my tastes. Im a very laid back passive type of person. Anyway I like pretty much every style of music on record from the 1890s to the 1930s. My tastes start getting just a little slim in the 1940s through the 1960s but I like almost everything through those decades also. Im pretty sure you all can name almost any style of music from that time period (1890~1969) & chances are I like it! I like Classical, Opera, Duets, Quartets, Trios, Instrumental Solos, Whistling Solos, The Old Time Country Type Music of the 1920s & 1930s even country from the 1940s-1960s. I like the old hebrew~jewish type music of the 1910s & 1920s, old Mexican music of the 1910s~1950s, The great dances bands of the 1920s & 1930s & even the Big Bands. Jazz Bands & Blues of the 1920s & 1930s are ok too though Im not too deep into that but still! I like it! I also like old time Comic Songs & Sketches even Organ Solos, Frankie Laine, Rosemary Clooney, Pat Boone & alot of the Rock N Roll of the 1950s & 1960s. So test me with any other tastes I may have forgotten to list & Ill let you know if I like it or not. So is there anyone else on here with tastes as widespread as mine? Im hoping there are! :D
