Hello All! Hope everyone is well & working towards their goal. Here is a great way to target your Obliques, lower abs and Upper quads. Watch your form and go light to get it right. Increase the weights by 5Lbs after 2 sets & go super. Also, make sure the cable is Not too tight or too lose on your ankle. You dont want to restrict blood flow or have it come off :) Here is my challenge - 15 reps each leg X 3 Sets, Alternating. Last set - If you can, go super. Also, Keep in mind - TUT (Time under tension) if you are going heavy but that should happen eventually - after you perfect your form. Love to all, A & A
