I live at the Ditmars stop of of the N or Q line in one of the best neighborhoods in Queens! My place is a block and a half from the subway stop. It is about a 25 minute commute to midtown Manhattan. Laundry across the street, as well as excellent restaurants and cafés nearby. Preference will be given to folks who can stay for the majority of the dates.
