Hello Americans, don’t forget to salute our veterans today. It is a beautiful day here on my little Ponderosa. Oh my, I have been around Dude so long that I have to watch myself or I will exaggerate the facts. So let me restate the facts. It is a beautiful day here on my micro-mini Ponderosa. Now that I am on the straight and narrow, let me bring y’all up-to-date on a great weekend. Jan and Mike came to visit and hunt. It is always a pleasure to witness Jan whip Dude into line. This weekend it got even better. Jan’s cousin Ann Kinsey came to visit. I think she is also Dude’s cousin, but when I asked her about it; she gave a sheepish grin and chuckled. I certainly understand her conundrum. I don’t like to claim him either. Eventually I figured it out on my own. You see Jan and Dude had the same mother and father. I know this is true, because no-one and especially not Jan, would lie about being related to Dude. Since Jan’s father and Ann’s father were brothers, Ann would have to be Dude’s firstest cousin; even though she ain’t gonna admit it. Again, let me state in my place that I certainly don’t blame her. If you think I keep Dude headed down the right path you should have seen him squirming as Ann and Jan nailed his hide to the wall. I thought he had changed his name to “that’s gotta be a lie” or “oh my what a tall tale” or “that don’t sound right.” Dude has always been full of bull-manure, but by Sunday afternoon he was cleaned out. Them two ladies jumped on him like a Fleet Enema on clogged intestines. Every time he started some of his mess one or both ladies would call “Bullsh$% on him. I did enjoy the dejected look in Dude’s eyes Sunday afternoon as he sheepishly went about his chores. It was almost as inspiring as the twinkle in the eyes of the gurl cuzzins. Oh well, what can I say except, “the sun don’t shine up the same horses rectum all the time”. If you don’t believe me, just ask Dude. His bull-scating certainly created a cloudy weekend for him. Bless him heart, he just don’t know when to shut up and leave it alone. That is why I can’t wait for Cuzzin Ann and Sista Jan to return for another glorious weekend of tormenting Dude. Love y’all.
