READ and UNDERSTAND this note before asking any questions. 2. After accomplishing the Online Form, we will send an e-mail to you within 42 hours on how to pay for your Membership Card (according to what you have chosen in your MODE OF PAYMENT). 2. Once you have received our e-mail, proceed to pay for your card on or before the deadline; February 16, 2014. 3. To those who chose the Pera Padala/BPI deposit, e-mail the receipt back to us and wait for confirmation. CLAIMING YOUR CARD (Not applicable for shipping. For shipping, we will ship your card ASAP after production.) Meet-up 1. Wait for meet-up places and schedules to be posted here in the fanpage. 2. Contact the person in charge of the meet-up. 3. Bring your receipt of payment. 4. Present it to the BoyfriendPh Contact Person together with 1 valid ID. 5. Thats It! The BoyfriendPh Contact Person will hand over your card! :D MEMBERSHIP FEE: 50Php. CUT-OFF: FEBRUARY 16, 2014 Processing of Membership Card orders will start once we get 50 (fifty) paid registrations and above. Membership Cards may be claimed after 2-3 weeks after processing. Membership Cards can be claimed thru meet-ups or thru shipping.
