This year, $3 of every Poinsettia sold will go toward the Kingdom Kids Childrens Ministry. Please fill out your form and turn it in with your check in the offering plate or mail/bring to the church office. The deadline for orders is Sunday, November 17th. There are many great opportunities to serve & worship with your church family! (A few are listed below). ** Tuesday, November 12th – Evangelism Committee Meeting at 11:00 a.m. ** Tuesday, November 12th – Men’s Club at 6:30 p.m. ** Wednesday, November 13th – Wednesday night supper at 5:30, bible study at 6:15, Menu: Shepherd’s Pie, salad, roll, & dessert. ** Sunday, November 17th – Homecoming Service and Covered Dish luncheon ** Thursday, November 21st – UMW Unit Meeting at 9:30 a.m. Sunday is commitment Sunday. Please pray about your 2014 commitments; Commitment cards are available in the Narthex and there will be a time to place your commitment cards on the Altar during the 11:00 a.m. service. The Prison Ministry visit is scheduled for December 4th. WE NEED donations of the following: No. 2 Pencils, Hard candies (wrapped), Christmas Cards & Envelopes, Small travel size shampoos, lotions and conditioners. A box is outside the church office to place these items in. Upper Room devotionals: Stop by the table outside the office and pick up an Upper Room devotional - Large Print copies are also available.
