Hello Carmelites, more 127days to go fror the grand silver jubilee celebration. And the preparations have already begun. As you all know the name & dates have been finalised, other things to be finalised very soon. We are going to have an important meeting on 27th July, 2014 at school. The agendas to be discussed and finalised are as follows: 1. The final guest list for the event(Day1 & Day2). 2. The second day activity & the artists. 3. The final contribution fees for students & ex-students. 4. The official alumni will be formed and will be given a name. 5. Various miscellaneous points. Friends, as per the suggestion of the present Principal Sr. Caryll, each present student will be asked to donate Rs. 500 or more. Similarly the proposed amount of ex-students is categorized as Rs. 2000/- or more for job holders & Rs. 1500/- for non-job holders. We have got a week to time to finalize these so everyones suggestion is valued. Kindly suggest the second day activity which is completely the ex-students responsibility, plus give us some name of the artists you would like to perform on the second day. The official alumni will have Sr. Caryll as the president(as per alumni rules of various schools), followed by Vice-President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Batch Representatives, etc. A bank account will be opened specifically for the jubilee event and all the collected money will be operated from that account. The balance amount left after all expenses will be used as school welfare fund. Time is less & there are so many things to do, give your suggestions in the comment box.
