Cyclists start Taino Beach and finish at the Ocean Pearl Bonefishing Resort in High Rock, Grand Bahama. https://facebook/events/416342478467295/?source=1 Sunday November 10th, 2013 – Baark Strutt Your Mutt Goodman’s Bay- baarkbahamas/strut-your-mutt-2013/ (Flyer Attached) Saturday November 16th, 2013 -Operation Potcake (Flyer Attached) Sunday November 24th 2013-Bahamas ½ Marathon, ½ Marathon Relay & 10K Race-Arawak Cay, Nassau bahamashalf/ January 18th & 19th 2014 -Marathon Bahamas Race Weekend-Ocean Front, Junkanoo Beach, Nassau marathonbahamas/ *** Morning Rides*** East Tuesday & Friday 5th & 8th November Leaving 5:30am sharp- Seagrapes Shopping Centre –@15 - 20 mile ride 1 hour duration The pace will range from 18mph – 20+mph West Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 5th - 8th November Leaving 5:00am sharp–Goodman’s Bay- @ 18-20 miles to Lyford Cay 1- 11/2 hour duration The pace will range from 15mph – 20+mph *** Weekend Rides*** Saturday 9th November -6:00am Sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre in front of CIBC 30 miles In order to complete this ride it is recommended that you have done some recent cycling! Leaving **P/I Bridges optional at the beginning/end!!! The pace will range from 15mph – 20+mph, @2 – 3 hour duration Sunday 10th November Leaving 6:00am Sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre in front of CIBC 40 - 50 miles This ride is not recommended if you have not cycled recently or first timers!**P/I Bridges optional at the end!!! The pace will range from 15mph – 20+mph, @3 - 3 1/2 hour duration **We will ride in light rain. The Ride will be cancelled in medium to heavy rain or lightening. Basic Rules for all rides 1. You must wear a helmet. 2. Bike should be roadworthy and inspected before the ride. 3. Allow yourself a few minutes to get organized before the ride (if you need to prepare in any way) – rides should leave @ 5:00am/5:30am/6:00am promptly. 4. Bring your water (at least 2 bottles). 5.
