As some of you already know or not know about North Shore Louisiana Deaf Coalition (NSLDC) is now an official non-profit organization with the State of Louisiana!! Our mission: We are building a stronger bridge between deaf and hearing people in our community through advocacy, promotion of Deaf Awareness through education, and a place to socialize in a bilingual/bi-cultural environment. If you are living in any of these parishes: St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, Livingston and St. Helene and wish to become a member please let us know.
