Hello Ethnic Studies Student Org Members, YoloArts is in need of several volunteers to assist us in preparing and hosting the upcoming First Friday Art Walk and Art Farm Gala (Woodland events) taking place on October 29th and November 1st. When: Tuesday, October 29th, Two shifts are available: 9am-12pm and 12pm-3pm (need 4 volunteers per shift) What: Transport and set up art exhibit Where: Meet at Gallery 625, 625 Court St Woodland (in the Erwin Meier Admin Building, 1st Floor) When: Friday, November 1st, Three shifts are available: Shift 1: 12-3pm; Shift 2: 3-5:30pm Shift 3: 5:30 – 9pm (need five volunteers per shift). What: First two shifts help set up event, food/auction/check-in tables. Third Shift: Help assist at event and event clean-up Where: Meet at 709 Main Street in Woodland (in the Daily Democrat Building adjacent to Heritage Plaza) We hope some of you can help! Thanks.
