Hello Everyone....As you know, my computer (only 6 months old) took a dump on me two weeks ago and was in the shop. After 4 days I got it back. That same day, we left Wisconsin for the winter and are in route to AZ. Our first day out, about 5 hours on the road, I turned on my puter. It worked for about 5 minutes, then took a worse dump than the last one. Being as we are on the road, getting it fixed is not an easy task. I purchased it at Best Buy....Thank God, I also purchased Geek service. We found a Best Buy today near the highway so pulled in for help. Well, it is worse than I thought. Seems when I had it in last time, they updated my Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. Now to my horror, Best Buy in Oklahoma City OK says Windows 8.1 is very bad and is what has caused my problem now. They said they have to spend hours getting rid of the 8.1 and re-entering Windows 8. Hours we dont have. So, Im writing this from a local library. When we get to AZ, we will find the nearest Best Buy and take it in for repairs. Anyone that has purchased items from me in the last two weeks, email me as to what you bought and how $$$. I will get it all taken care of as soon as I get my puter rebuilt and back to me. I am not the one Rock A Billy has a problem with but I could be your problem right now. If so, please know I am very sorry for any delays..but I am doing my best.... Thanks for your understanding....Ess
