I dont know what to think as I have only been living with epilepsy since about 2007 but it wasnt officially diagnosed until my daughter was 3 weeks old after a short series of 3 seizures and getting put in Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit for a whole day after 3 seizures in my home when I fell down the stairs twice and the third was in the bathroom. Anyways it started off with just one maybe once every couple of years since my truck accident out in Nevada back in 2007. I had the first grand mal seizure 5 months after the accident. I did get a closed head injury from the crash. Then another in April of 2009 and July of 2010, then at the beginning of October 2010 it was a series of about 6 seizures and 5 hospitalizations that finally got diagnosed with this condition. But with medication I eventually dropped down from 3 within a week down to one a month. Now I have noticed over the last 4 months Ill just be doing things like I normally do in a day and I will out of nowhere start getting these Bugs Bunny like twitches right around my nose and Ill start to almost fall back a little where ever I happen to be at the time. I mostly have grand mal seizures once a month. But now it seems as if I have been having 3 of those inside a month and 4 episodes of the Bugs Bunny twitches. Am I having more seizures and its getting worse despite medication or what? Can I get some opinions from you guys cause Im really starting to get scared on this.
