Hello Everyone: Here is Southern Pacific Train No. 99, the COAST DAYLIGHT arriving the Glendale Depot on May 25, 1953. Time was running out for locomotive no. 4442. Not long after this photo was taken, it was bumped off of train 99 by a diesel. She did got assignments on freight and local mail trains running between Los Angeles & San Francisco. She then went up to the bay area up north where she spent her last few months running commuter trains. Scrapped on Terminal Island about 1959.
