People put their lifetime worth of savings into property but there is a significant service vacuum that exists today when it comes to research and advisory about real estate. Moreover property research and transactions can be a fairly stressful exercise ending in wrong or sub-optimal decisions, an outcomes precipitated by opaqueness, complexity, and misaligned market players. People who are not well-heeled are stuck – without support and services – and are continuously pushed to do the deal that others want them to do.
