Hello Everyone, I have just completed the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Thank you to Karine Ozone for the nomination. I have made a donation to the ALS foundation because for that moment, I could not move or speak. It was a terrible feeling to have limited mobility even if it was just for a few seconds. I can not imagine what it would be like for those who live with it every day. I have nominated Matthew Attkins, Donica Mathies and Maj-Linn Møllerop to take on the ALS Ice bucket challenge.
