Hello Everyone!! My name is Chris and Im looking for two roommates to sign on for a year long lease at an absolutely beautiful Brooklyn apartment. The rent would be 2500 split three ways. Its a SUPER spacious and newly renovated apartment. The apartment is on Jefferson Ave. just two blocks from the Halsey St. J train stop and the only move-in costs are the deposit,1st month, and the 75 dollar fee for the realtor to run your reports and get your scores once were at the office. The move in would be September 1st. Most importantly, Im looking for people that are clean and respectable. Ive already put the deposit down so I am looking for people to sign for this as soon as possible. You MUST be making at least 30k a year and have the your taxes from last year to prove this. If you cant prove it, unfortunately the landlord wont be able to approve us. If you can provide a guarantor that can also work.
