Hello Everyone! So ive decided to make this facebook page, easiest way to stay in touch with everyone and let you guys know what Im up to! Im not exactly sure how to set this all up.. I may have just invited you all to be on the admin panel aha oops sorry. Things are going really great! Its been easy to adjust, get along with everyone, food is good, etc etc. If someone tells you there are kangaroos jumping around everywhere in Australia, ask them if theyve ever been here.. theyre lying. I have not seen one kangaroo yet, besides on my plate.. my first evening in australia... :( kinda sad, but it tasted really good! Our program is very busy. Some days start with a 5:45am workout, and then our days end usually around 9ish, and Im always in bed by 10, so not a lot of time to do stuff. We have a different speaker for lectures each week. So far our topics have been- Hearing Gods Voice, The Character of God, Father Heart of God, and then this week is Relationships. Everyday we have work duties for 2 hours, and then evenings are usually meetings, or playing soccer. Our weekend are sundays and mondays. This sunday Im going to watch a professional cricket game in Sydney! Which is about a 3 hour train ride from where I live, Newcastle. There was a huge fire a few blocks away from where we live, in a dryer/washer/fridge repair building. Luckily no one was hurt, most people werent working cause it was a holiday(Australia Day) and the others got out in time. Not to much going on as of right now. I should know my outreach location in the next few days, so Ill keep you all posted. Missing everyone a ton! Thanks heaps! :)
