Hello Everyone: UNCLAIMED MONEY FOUND! I just wanted to send out this message to all. Many local people are turning up on the list of the unclaimed funds web site. The real web site is through the New York State Comptrollers Office. There are other web sites out there that ask for fees. Dont pay for this information. Go direct to the state comptrollers office to see if your on the list. Some people are receiving letters with contracts to be reunited with there money for a fee. These contracts are against the law in NY STATE unless it is coming from a lawyer. Or some one that is legally in control of that persons estate. And if it is coming from a lawyer go to unclaimed any way to file. There is no fee to file your claim through the state. The lawyer is going to charge you! The state does not charge! Go direct to this web site to see if you are the unclaimed funds list to file your claim. Money may be from an over paid utility bill, an old insurance policy etc...
