Hello Everyone. Update on Nicole - The trial run of treatment in Arizona went well...a few allergic reactions but for the most part it went really well. However, Nicole suffered a pulmonary embolism upon her return home. She was rushed to the hospital where it was discovered that her thick blood and blood clots were worse than expected. Blood clots were discovered in both of her legs and in her lung. She now has to inject blood thinners into her stomach twice a day and can barely walk anymore. Right now the goal is still to get her to the facility in Arizona for further treatment, as the main part of her treatments include cleaning and thinning her blood, which she now needs more than ever. Thank you again to everyone that has taken the time to read my updates and shared or donated to our gofundme/keepnicolealive account. I have seen every share and every donation and they are too numerous to thank personally right now but we see it and any help is of course definitely appreciated. More updates to come, and please keep my family in your thoughts.
