Hello Everyone, hope you all enjoyed the holidays with your family and friends. This is the time of the year when Jim gets busy in the shop building specialty items for the store and I get to help with some of the finishing. We have also been busy putting the finishing touches on the home at 201 E. Polk (former B&B) across from the Court House, you cant miss it, its the big yellow & red house. We will be having an OPEN HOUSE next Saturday, January17th, from 10-2 and welcome any of you that might like to view it to stop down. I will be posting some photos of the interior as we have had fun staging it with some great furnishings that complement the era of the home. We added a one bedroom apt over the new 3 car garage that is currently occupied. Both the home and apt have decks that over look Surpise Lake. Asking price is $225,000. Thats it for now.
