Hello Everyone, ughh how do I say this .. I have finally decided to change myself .. I wanted to change myself since 5 - 6 years but it was just not happening ... right now is the time when Im just fed up with my fitness and I have no choice but to change my body. It is no longer a want but it is rather a need. Since the start of this semester, I have been going to RAC 4 - 5 times per week for an hour. All I do is run on the track. I get exhausted and that tells me that something is happening. But, quite the contrary, I am not seeing any results in the mirror (maybe a little) and on the scale :( .. I have changed my diet significantly as well but for some reason I am not seeing the results I want to see. Therefore, I have decided to change my 100% cardio plan to a 50 50 cardio-weight training plan. I want to start going to the weight room and lift some weights. The problem is that I am not familiar with all the equipment and all the routines and stuff ... Can someone please give me a 5 day 30 minute per day routine for the RAC weight room ? I would really appreciate it :) Any sort of other tips are also appreciated. I am 20 years old, 510 and 220 pounds. My goal is to get to 180 or 170 by the end of this school year, before summer vacation. Thank you very much!
