Hello FRESA This is specifically for the Decorations Commitee but I am unsure of where I am to post this. It is also useful info for future events. For the showcase and use of WPU Assembly Room Walls: No decorations on the walls are allowed. They are allowed to be up on easels, but not directly on the walls. Stage Area: NO attachments to the curtains are allowed. If there is a way to string the decoration between two ladders or easels that is allowed. For example: H H H ______________________________________________H H H H FRESA DESIGN H H______________________________________________ H H H H H H H H H ________________________________________________ Stage Front of Stage: For the any electric powered decorations, the tech manager needs to be notified and discuss the issue. This would be Mike Tulak at (412)648-7821 or at [email protected]. I would assume this is the same individual that Nicole has spoken with before about tech requests. Also for any decoration such as paper or banners, it needs to be attached with masking tape. So the music note, INTERNATIONAL BEATS banner, and microphone design must be affixed with masking tape ONLY. Tables: Reasonable designs like always. Nothing that would present a danger. E.g.
