Hello Facebookers, Im up after 2 a.m. due to my sprained foot pain again. Its healing, but SLOWLY. Ive been a virtual prisoner in my apartment trying to keep off it and elevated atop pillows. It swells then goes down, then swells again, the top part aches and tortures me. The bruising has faded except for one toe. Ive been doing a lot of reading, however, which is a good thing -- but the laundry is piling up, the trash needs to be taken out and the carpeting needs vacuuming! So Im awake with anxiety into this cold night here in Reno at 42 degrees outdoors. Got my electric blanket on, but cats have taken it over. Ah well, have a good day.
