Hello Fellow Relayers I just wanted to send out a note introducing myself to everyone. My name is Kristine Crothers and I am going to be your new 2014/15 Event Chair for the Relay For Life of Murrieta. I look forward to this new journey in my life and working along side this great committee for people that we have here in Murrieta! I have been doing relay since 2005 and have held a committee position since 2006 each year. Relay For Life is a passion of mine and I love very bit of it!! Well enough about me. I also want to get to know everyone that is on the committee and is wanting to help out in the planning of the 2014 Relay For Life of Murrieta. I would like to ask everyone if they would please email me back letting me know that you got this email and also let me know what some of your interests are in planning the 2014 Relay For Life of Murrieta. Thank you for your help on this! Ok, also because I am asking you guys what you are all interested in; I thought I would list some of the positions on the Murrieta Relay For Life Committee. Also, to let you know there might be more Chair positions opening and new ones that have developed. I want to get a clear understanding of what everyone wants to do in the planning of this years Relay. The open positions are: *Team Recruitment * Team Recognition * Advocacy Chair * Fundraising Chair * Sponsorship Chair * Publicity Chair * Registration Chair * Registration Co-Chair * Photographer * Youth Engagement Chair These are the positions that I believe we have filled so far: Mission Chair/Fight Back Offline chair Online chair Luminaria Survivorship/caregiver Entertainment Midnight Madness Kids Camp Gift Basket Logistics Volunteer Coordinator Food Chair Spirit Buck However, the Chairs of these positions will need help and/or a sub committee. So if you are interested in any of these areas please let me know and I will pass it on to them so you can help them plan 2014 Relay For Life. .
