Hello Friends, Have you ever said to yourself, there’s nothing to do on a Friday night in Martin? Well, this Friday, there is certainly something to do! Each year the UTM Percussion Studio presents “World Bizarre Night”. This is our yearly fundraiser, but it’s also just lots of fun! $10 gets you admission, food, drink, a chance at a door prize, and live entertainment provided by the UTM Percussion Studio. Yes we call it “bizarre” as the music is a bit on the eclectic side and you are sure to enjoy the variety. We also have tons of DOOR PRIZES to give away! This year we have added a Silent Auction component as well. Included in the giveaways and silent auction are Zildjian cymbals, Evans Drum Heads, Implements from Mike Balter and Innovative Percussion, a cajon as well as cowbells and woodblocks donated by Amro Music, a repinique donated by the Memphis Drum Shop, an 20 Zildjian A Custom Ride Cymbal donated by Steve Weiss Music, accessories from Grover Pro Percussion, and much much more, but also non percussive items like a hand held Jiffy Steamer, gift certificates from area businesses and much more! A full list of items and contributors will be posted the day before the event as things are still arriving! This years event is again at Soleil Garden Center in Union City.
