Hello Friends, I would really be grateful for some help here....I have a space ready to share with a housemate, and would like to get someone in asap. I am intending a reliable, responsible, trustworthy housemate, someone any of you would trust in your own home if you owned a business and kept a lot of what you use in your home space. I am considering and exploring a variety of options, however would prefer to find someone through referrals from people I know and trust. The space has two big walk in closets and a back porch overlooking the backyard garden. It is in a good neighborhood, centrally located, close to the interstate. This is a way for someone to reduce their costs compared to paying for an apartment rent and utilities. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, and use of all common areas.
