Hello Friends and Family, As most of my friends know, I’m a very private person. But, it’s time to share some news with you. My Mother Doris Unap-Black is awaiting a liver transplant. She has been battling a liver disease for close to a year now. Her family is very optimistic that she will receive a liver donor very soon. It’s been a rough and tough year for us but we have hope and faith in God to see her though this time. But we know soon we will be celebrating success and her recovery- FULL recovery. I’m telling people today because it’s time for us to rally our friends and family and ask for your support. If you could please visit her fundraising page at welovedoris.myevent/ her family and I would greatly appreciate it. The cost of a liver transplant is absolutely astounding! I am also looking for a facility that will allow us to use their kitchen to hold a fundraising dinner of some sorts. I’ve called a few places in Skiatook but if you have any ideas, referrals, or know someone that you have spoken to and say “Hey Ericca call this person I told them about you and Doris” and I will do it!
