Hello Friends of INgredients, It is with great sadness to announce to our supporters and friends that INgredients: Field to Fork Market & Café, will be closing its doors at the end of 2014. It has been our honor and pleasure to have been a part of the burgeoning local foods movement in Indianapolis by offering fresh, locally sourced foods and products. We invite you to come celebrate the spirit and energy behind INgredients for our final two days of cafe service on Tuesday, December 30th, and Wednesday, December 31st. Lunch, soups, baked goods and juices will all be served from 10am-5:30pm on Tuesday and 10am-2:30pm on Wednesday. In addition to saying good bye and thank you to all of our supporters, we also would like to invite all of you to save money and assist us in clearing the shelves of the market. We are discounting all grocery and bulk items at 30% off and all freezer/refrigerator items and produce at 20% off. With a modest investment, an aspiring chef or entrepreneur can build on the foundation we put into place to create a successful restaurant or café. There is a full kitchen, plenty of parking, area to expand, and over 20 raised garden beds on site for the ultimate in local foods experience.
