Hello Furriends-- I know we all love dogs, and how to effectively communicate/train with them, but I just wanted to send an awareness message out to everyone to ensure that youre checking your tire wells of your car for cats during these chilly months! Outdoor & Stray cats seek the warmth and shelter that the car provides. Im not only saying this because I saw a little picture floating around the internet, but also because Ive personally experienced something that could have been a lot worse back when I was in college. Me and a good friend of mine drove from his house to my school that was 45 minutes away. When we finally got to school, we heard a meowing, but couldnt find where it was coming from. We first thought it was coming from somewhere else, until we realized it was somewhere in his truck! When we opened up the hood of his truck, there was a little kitten that wedged his way behind the engine where it was still warm. Thank god he wasnt injured, but the poor thing was terrified. A girlfriend of mine kept the kitten in her room (even though it was against the rules) to ensure he was okay. So just be aware :)
