Hello Gurus, Thanks for let me be in this group. I need some help, I restored a server with an oracle DB and for some reason the restore was unsuccessful at operating system level, but Im sure the datafiles are ok, long story short, I decided to reinstall the OS (windows 2008 R2 std) and also the oracle engine as well, I got to the point I get the oracle instance started, the database mounted, but it doesnt open, giving me the following errors: ORA-01122: database file 84 failed verification check ORA-01110: data file 84: I:\ORACLE\BID\SAPDATA5\SR3731_1\SR3731.DATA1 ORA-01200: actual file size of 338560 is smaller than correct size of 655360 blocks Ive searching in forums about this and there are too many different reasons that can cause this error, but none of them bring some light to my problem.
