Hello Gypsies! I am looking for a sublet starting October 1st 2014 and ending January 31st 2015. The apartment is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, right off the Broadway G, a 5 minute walk to the Hewes J,M,Z and a 10 minute walk/transfer from the G to the Lorimer L train. Great location, across the street from a Walgreens, coffee shop right next door, the brand new Starbucks a short walk away, and a grocery store 4 blocks away. There is a laundry room in the building and a small gym. All new appliances, including a dishwasher. The room is fully furnished, with a twin sized bed, desk, bookcase and dresser. The apartment is a duplex, kitchen on the first floor and living room in the basement with a bathroom on each floor. My roommates are two mid 20s entertainment professionals, one gay male in fashion and one female in costumes. Both work, and tend to wake up early on week days. We are looking for someone fun, clean and respectful. Females are preferred since you would be sharing a bathroom/ floor with the female. No pets or couples please. Rent is $870 per month, with utilities abut $40-$60 per month. Please message me if interested!
