Hello, I am writing this here as a lot of Rumford Residents read this. Nov. 5th is just around the corner and you will be voting of people to be part of the Charter Commission. I am asking to be a write in for this. I really feel we need the Charter however there is some changes need to be . I hope I am given the chance to work on our Charter to make it better for our residents. Many years have passed and it does need to be up dated.
