Hello, I arrived at Amsterdam yesterday on an Alitalia flight and my baggage was lost. I filed complaint at your office as instructed but was not contacted by the company. No information was found tracing the baggage online and the phone number I received for the relevant department is not working. This is causing me damages already since I had to buy clothing for today and I also had expensive equipment Im afraid might be lost/or damaged. It seems like no one takes any responsibility about any if this.
