Hello. I have been involved with ministry stuff for 21 years now. I am 40 years old. I have helped a couple churches grow from small mission teams to thriving churches, and we are running a preschool program during the week for the young kids at our church now. 3 years ago, I got involved with helping orphans. I have been praying everyday for Jesus to help me to do his will, as he calls me to in Matthew 7. Only those who do the will of God, will Jesus know and let into heaven. You can read Matthew 7. Most people he will tell them that he never knew them. That is what it says. He showed me that ministry stuff and preaching the word and getting people saved is not enough, and each one of us should also be trying to help orphans as we are told in the bible to do in the parable of the Sheep and the Goats, Matthew 25:31-46, in James 4:17, and most importantly in James 1:27. We are very specifically told in James 1:27 that we should be helping orphans and the fatherless. Widows also. You should look these scriptures up and read them. I am trying to help people make it to heaven. And people can’t say they have not had chances to help orphans. Pastor Edwin in Kenya at the website below has some great orphaned kids who need helped as does Ambacador Tony in Uganda at his website. He has a video on his. You can get letters from the kids, you can see the kids on videos, you can call and talk to the kids on the phone. For the kids who are in school, you get progress reports from their school/their report cards and you can help inspire them to do well in school. Most of these orphaned kids don’t even have bibles to read, and they want to learn about Jesus. You can also mail them cards and bibles and things and see their smiles. We have been doing this for 3 years now. Tony’s video from this week is below, and some orphaned kids in it ask for help being able to go to school. They need food also. Pretty much all of the kids only get to eat one meal a day, and they are hungry all the time. Thanks for prayers for the kids, and I spent some great time in prayer today for those people who can help them and won’t, and I have asked Jesus to please speak to you in your life in any way possible and to tell you to help the orphaned kids if you can.
