Hello, I m a cancer patient and have a legal dispute with a very strong, giant army led Housing Authority which deprived me from my apartment though paid all the agreed cost, and violated all the terms and conditions of the agreement on the basis of their brutal powers. They demanded illegal additional money which I refused and they held up the possession for 3 years illegally despite my ailing condition. Superior courts declared the demand illegal and they had to handover the apartment but they did it without installing all the accessories which were mandatory and without which it was not worth living so another 3 years have passed and it is not usable till now. The Supreme Court on my other petition appointed a commissioner to visit the apartment and prepare the report about the allegations who confirmed that the allegations were correct and fittings and fixtures were not provided. This fact had the fuel to become a big scandal and exposure of corruption as there are 700 apartments and all were deprived off their accessories and its total cost could come to Billions which that Giant Housing Authority has cheated . As the Judges of the Bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan are using the facilities of Golf course owned by that Housing Authority and are usually indulged in social get together with higher ups of the Housing Authority in that club so after the report, they were influenced by them not to give this ailing person a complete justice with all the damages for this 6 long year`s period which was my right under the agreement and though I have suffered heavy losses on account of bank finances on the above property besides mental torture every moment. The Bench of Supreme court on the day of hearing threatened and Harassed me not to submit my case, and even speak a single word on the matter and report , only to hide that big scam from other people and getting it public and did not discourse complete justice. I am unable to hire a reputed lawyer owing to my disease and they did it all knowing that I m a common citizen without resources and can not raise my voice effectively. I have filed a Review Petition against the incomplete, compromised , manipulated and shame justice of those biased judges but hope no justice in this dirty system. I need your help so if there is any rep. of this renowned Organization here in Pakistan it will be helpful if he sits and watches the proceedings of that shame court when the date comes so that any further injustice could be blocked as the dishonest Judges will not dare to do it again in his presence, or at least send letters to the Chief Justice of Pakistan Islamabad , requesting him to take a notice of the matter and transfer my Review Petition No:41-K of 2014 to his own bench and be heard and decided under his own supervision. I don’t need any legal help as my case is very clear and open but only moral support against these dishonest elements of the highest forum of justice of the country. I further request to plz.
