Hello! I was inspired by my friend Laura in NTNU that became a gymnastic couch, awesome idea to combine sports, work and love! I am also interested! So I started sharing fitness, health and sport related videos in Youtube! I am posting about things that I like and things I have found useful. Next I am going to post how I have overcome different injuries such as ulnar claw, concussion, tennis elbow, golf shoulder and so on! I hope healthy lifestyle to everyone!
