Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help. I used to do a lot of running however, I started to suffer a number of problems (shin splints and flat feet leading to pronation problems). I then unfortunately damaged the ligaments in my right ankle and had to undergo physio. I am looking to getting back into running but I am going to need a beginners class as I basically have to start at the beginning and build up my distance and pace gradually so as not to suffer more injuries. I am relatively new to Warrington also having moved from Newcastle. Could anybody help point me to any beginners social runs. Thank you in advance. ☺
