Hello! Im looking to swap my apartment in Montreal for a place in Toronto in spring or early summer. I live in a new condo with a rooftop patio (incl. air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer and all other appliances). The apartment is ideally located next to parks, pools and all the cool spots (jean-talon market, jarry park, little italy, mile-end, etc). Im looking for an entire apartment or studio and not a shared space. Start date is flexible (ideally early May) and it would be for a period of 4 to 8 weeks. Do you need to be in Montreal for work or are you a freelancer who would like to enjoy a few weeks in la belle province? Msg me. Thanks!
