Hello Jetstar. Earlier today, I posted my comment about the possibility of withdrawing my business from Jetstar, because of the way you treated a customer, Cathy Sheargold. By the look of many complaints on the web, there are people at your Call Centre who might have a serious attitude problem. It would be good to hear you have done something about it. Disclosure: I am the Editor of the Melbourne Observer newspaper. We already run a complaints page about Telstra. We are open to the idea of publishing complaints from Jetstar passengers.
