Hello Ladies, at our last Mary Kay meeting we were asked by our Director to identify our dreams for 2015. My dream is to be a Sales Director by June 30th, 2015. To do this I will need 24 women in all to be on my team before I can start the 4 month process of being a DIQ (Director in Qualifying). Currently I have one recruit who has an offspring so I need 22 more work-minded women who want to really work this business and make 50% commission on everything they sell.
