Hello Law Students!!! Kip Werren, Nola Holmes and I are undertaking a writing project for first year law students. We are looking at producing a writing guide which will instruct students on writing excellent law assignments and exams, with tips on how to use the IRAC (and other similar styles) method and to properly intergrate these into your assignments; tips on research, the different approaches needed for the different styles of essay - both problem questions and research essays; how to avoid plagiarism and proper use of the AGLC, just to name a few. This resource will also include actual student papers so that students have concrete examples of how to improve their writing. To do this, we need student papers ranging from bare passes through to HDs. We are asking students to from UNE to provide papers from any subject except juris and admin, with any marks from 50% up. Your help would be greatly appreciated and you can remain anonymous and there are copyright forms to sign to protect your interests.
