Hello My Friends. As you read this I am thinking of you, my loved ones and missing you. They say its good to be alone, and I dont mind it whatsoever, but sometimes I wonder if Ill ever NOT be alone. Nevertheless, Im blessed for those fleeting encounters of strangers kindness and the occasional circumstance to meet people who change your life and/or will remain an important person in your life. Thank you, Life. Im in Prince George, BC. An interesting little town. For some reason I figured it to be a bit larger and more city-like. Its busy, however, with miners conventions and some winter event theyre hosting. Not really too far behind schedule. It would be nice if today were monday, but stuff happens, keep truckin. This morning Im debating if I should depart here heading north toward Dawson Creek to get to the Yukon or go west to Smithers and hit the 37 north to the Yukon. They say they 97 is safer: more well travelled less chance of snow not as windy of roads as the 37 easier for help if theres a breakdown. But that the 37 is beautiful. I only can use my smart phone here in Canada if I have wifi, no texts they are .50 each no calls they are a dollar a minute. Though the drive to here was rather simple and smooth, this next leg makes me a bit nervous. So then again I think about how many other people have done far more incredible and difficult things (bicycling coast to coast, hitchhiking this amount ive driven, lived in a bus in the middle of the forest!). I just saw a backpacker- its raining and could possibly snow up here! Im sad to announce Ive passed not 5, but 6 hitchhikers, by the way, for the comfort of my mother. No, really, there would have to be a lot of rearranging my stuff to fit someone else and their stuff. I probably wont be posting anything until I get to Whitehorse, unless theres a chance of some wifi on the 37 route randomly or if I choose to take the 97. In the meantime- GET AN INSTAGRAM.
