Hello My Friends :) Its Sweat-Fest Saturday again. Can I get a Huzzah! No? No one else is as excited about it as I am?? :) This is my favorite Core Workout of all time from Les Mills Combat. No other workout makes my core as sore as this one. Try just each of these moves for 30-60 sec. Then come back and tell me if you didnt want to die half way through ;) And thats only 4 minutes of the 20 minute workout. I think its so effective because its so SLOW. So keep the pace :)
