Hello My Pretties! I realize I have not posted any status updates as of lately, just the product photos. I am working really hard to not allow myself to off focus from production and taking care of business. I work each day on how to improve my production line, work on contracting out some services, bookkeeping and most of all keep communication going. In fact I hired a part time person last week who started this evening which was a big help. I am ALWAYS looking at all opportunities to shorten my turnaround time and depending on what your order is, some can get completed sooner than my standard 2 to 4 week delivery time. If at anytime, you are concerned with the status of your order, you may call, text, email or PM me thru here and I promise I will make every effort to give you a quick reply as possible and I very much appreciate your patience while waiting on me in doing so. I simply ask that if you are concerned with your order and want to know a status to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reach out to me in every effort prior to making a dispute claim with Paypal. I just feel when that path is taken with out even so much contacting me before hand, you dont have trust in me or my business practices. It truly is not a good feeling when a customer chooses to do that. Custom work is not a quick grab and go product. And my products are no exception. BUT I do make every effort to work on making happy customers in every way possible,.. I look forward to continuing to work with all of you and always appreciate yall hanging in there for me! ,..
