My colleague Claire Novotny and I are looking for contacts in the Philadelphia and NYC area for an inbound program of high level diplomats from Vietnam visiting the US on an exchange and professional development program. We are looking for hosts for workshops and/or speakers on any of the following topics (or something similar): 1. Leadership and management skills a) Leadership strategy: power of influence b) Harmonizing leadership and management c) Strategic decision-making mindset d) Leading organizational change e) Building vision, strategy and mobilize people in the organization to support this vision and strategy f) Trust building g) Harmonize the internal interest conflicts and create effective motivation and devotion of staffs/officials 2.
