Hello! My girlfriend and I are currently living in North Oakland and are looking to find a place by September 1st preferably in SF. Our budget is $1,200 and we dont have much furniture so wed be taking up little space. A little bit about us: Weve been dating for 2 years and are a pretty laid back, drama free couple. Jess currently works as a cook at Ichi Sushi & Bar in Bernal Heights and when shes not working her hobbies include: salivating over her next meal, sketching, drinking tea (shes subtly British) and exploring in the city and beyond. She often works until late in the evening although is good about not disturbing anyone when she gets in. Im a full time student and free spirit who works at Good Vibrations. With work and school I typically stay fairly busy although I enjoy the company of my housemates when I am home. I also am a violinist who will occasionally practice, although never during the early morning or evening. My passions include bicycling, writing and occasionally nerding out about Hip Hop/ Morrissey. Collectively, we are very conscious about keeping a tidy, welcoming space and neither one of us slack on chores or communication.
