Hello, My name is Shelly Thomas and I am opening an At Home Child Care starting August 13th. I would like to take on 5-6 children and currently have all openings and is strictly home based w/no field trips or travel so you dont have to worry about your child being in a car. I am a Medical Assistant that is in need to stay home with my child and I love interacting with kids. I am fun loving and CPR, First Aid Certified, this year. I live in NW side of Davenport by Machine Shed, I have a big fenced in yard for children to play in and a clean one level house inside, so children can be close by when needing to go from room to room. My hours of operations are M-F 6am-6pm. There will be craft time, story time, play time involved and if needed nap time. I charge $2.00hr PT and $100.00 FT per child per week and discount if more than 1 child and state pay is accepted.
