Hello, My roommates are leaving our house so two bedrooms will be available on October 1st. Its a suite on the main floor of a house on Graham street near the corner of bay and quadra. One bedroom is $450 the other is $430 (no utilities included but split between three people its super manageable). Laundry is included, no dishwasher. Im looking for Clean mature people. Quiet at night is important to me (not looking for people who host a lot of parties). Im going to take pictures tomorrow and attach them. Its a five minute walk to Fairway market and a 18 minute walk to downtown :) (I walk and bike everywhere so I know). I have a degree in Child and Youth Care, I enjoy singing, and dancing. Im excited to meet people and find the right match.
