Hello, NU Black Alums! My name is Dr. Clarence W. Brown III (NU c/o ’98). I hope you all are doing well. I am touring throughout South America from June 2014 – June 2015 to study their healthcare system, agriculture/farming, culinary arts, nutrition, etc. I’ll be interviewing South American medical doctors, chiropractors, dentists, and natural healers to learn more about how they manage their health. I will record these interviews and eventually turn this experience into a documentary called, “Nutritioning around the World.” The USA is one of the wealthiest countries in the world, yet as it relates to our health, we are one of the poorest. My mission is to travel throughout different countries to find tips and tools that will help us make better health choices. I need your help on this journey. In order to offset some of the cost, I am going to email weekly videos that will be excerpts from my interviews, live food demonstrations, etc. to educate people on how other countries manage their health.
